Not all of it! I try to, but no one is perfect, and no one is 100% super healthy all the time. My own particular thing I need to work on more is exercise. I eat pretty well, I don’t smoke or drink, but I have a really sedentary job, and I work about 25 miles from my home, so I spend a lot of time sitting in my car or at my desk. I know this isn’t good for me, and I need to ensure I do more exercise, and that’s something I need to work on. The thing to remember is that it isn’t about always being healthy in every decision that you make, it’s more about standing back and seeing the big picture. If most of the time you’re making healthy decisions, then you should be pretty OK in the long run.
