Hi Agata, the key is to remember why you are there, studying psychology helped me developed ethics, don’t get me wrong it’s not easy but with time it gets easier. I tend not to read in too much what crime they have committed unless they bring it up in the session. I think people are trying to escape all sorts of their life and i am sure there are lots of people have already judged them. So i tend not to be that person and see if i can help them, they are more likely to listen to what you got to say because they respect you.
