      In my job, when you work with prisoners, they face judgement all the time and when you are trying to help them they often have barriers. We are trained to challenge those barriers and to help them. However, it will only work if they want to help themselves

      We try and motivate improvements in health and social care services by listening about what does or doesn’t work
