I report on how people have been treated when they’ve gone to the doctors or hospital or care home or social services. If I find patterns in what people are saying, or something really bad or really good, I write reports about it to raise awareness to the public, other organisations and parliament. If it’s about something bad, we can try and change processes or policies to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
