Question: Do you work with people with eating behavior disorders, if so is it difficult to cure them, why?

I do worth with people who are morbidly obese, these people have complex medical conditions. I think eating is part of our daily routine, its something we cant afford. I do think the environment is big cause of why people get eating disorders. It takes a long time for the environment change and that’s why its difficult to manage eating disorders.
