  Yes, a Prisoner, I really wanted to help but he refused and wanted some other medication and advised him this will not work for him with the help of a doctor. He refused the service and also refused to leave my clinic room. Had to ask security to remove him. It was hard to do this but you can only help people who want to helped. Question is was it him or addiction talking?
