I run a mental health charity in my own time and we pick up on all sorts of up. There are so many expectations on young people and not just in the school. I think overall you need to have a balance of study and leisure its good for the mind and body. Reflect and do lots self development. Allow your mind to wonder and understand more about you.

What I have learnt from people like yourselves and others is you can do 3 things

      1. Create a space where people can share
      2. Listen
      3. Be there and support each other.
