• Question: in what ways do you obtain answers as to how doctors have treated the patients?

      At my work, the 152 Local Healthwatch across the country all go out and do research (like interviewing people, or filling out surveys) to collect these answers.

      Its an area that requires work and there is organisations out there who doing this work. However, I think we need to understand peoples experience using health services. Surveys are good place to start but we need to do more.
