      We know that the decisions you make as a teenager have really long-lasting impact. That means that if you’re really healthy as a teenager (you eat well, exercise, don’t smoke, etc), then you’re much more likely to be a healthy adult. In our modern world, most of the diseases we die of are due (at least in part) to our behaviour – things like obesity, for example. That means that our health behaviour is more important now than ever before, and so helping teenagers to live well is one way we can make sure our whole population is healthier in the future.
